Technical Characteristics

The  Hydrolyst™ is designed to work in all climates and handles shock and vibration conditions resulting from regular vehicular traffic on roads and highways.
The product is splash proof and able to sustain exposure to adverse temperature conditions

Inspection of Unit
Weekly visual inspection of all components.


The  Hydrolyst™ is designed to eliminate preconditions for hydrogen volatility.
1. Hydrogen and oxygen gases are produced on demand only while the engine is running.
2. Hydrogen and oxygen gases are generated in an electrolytic cell that operates at less than 1psi.
3. Hydrogen and oxygen gases account less than 1% of the total airflow in the vehicle air intake.

System controls

1. Electrolysis Cell will only operate if engine is running; if it shuts off, it will vent the left over gasses.
2. Fluid level sensor will shut down the unit, if water is low.
3. Pressure check valve in unit will vent if 5 lbs. pressure builds up.
4. System is independently fused to protect the vehicle’s electrical system from any possible failure.
5. All electrical components are contained in a safety-rated box.
